PPO改性的用途：
1、适于制作耐热件、绝缘件、减磨耐磨件、传动件、医疗及电子零件。
　　2、可作较高温度下使用的齿轮、风叶、阀等零件，可代替不锈钢使用。
　　3、可制作螺丝、紧固件及连接件。
　　4、电机、转子、机壳、变压器的电器零件。
5、PPO和MPPO 主要用于电子电器、汽车、家用电器、办公室设备和工业机械等方面，利用MPPO耐热性、耐冲击性、尺寸稳定性、耐擦伤、耐剥落。
6、可涂性和电气性能，用于做汽车仪表板、散热器格子、扬声器格栅、控制台、保险盒、继电器箱、连接器、轮罩。
7、电子电器工业上广泛用于制造连接器、线圈绕线轴、机械部件护罩、开关继电器、调谐设备、大型电子显示器、可变电容器、蓄电池配件、话筒等零部件。
8、家用电器上用于电视机、摄影机、录象带、录音机、空调机、加温器、电饭煲等零部件。可作复印机、计算机系统，打印机、传真机等外装件和组件。
9、另外可做照相机、计时器、水泵、鼓风机的外壳和零部件、无声齿轮、管道、阀体、外科手术器具、消毒器等医疗器具零部件。
10、大型吹塑成型可做汽车大型部件如阻流板、保险杠、低发泡成型适宜制作高刚性、尺寸稳定性、优良吸音性、内部结构复杂的大型制品，如各种机器外壳、底座、内部支架、设计自由度大，制品轻量化。
